• Shipping & Delivery
• All orders are shipped via USPS. It has been our experience that these services are the most cost effective and reliable services available. If you wish your order to be shipped by any other means, you must mention this at the time of your order. We are not responsible for any damages that occur during shipment. Any claims must be made with the respective carrier immediately after receipt of your order.
  
  
• Sales Tax
• On behalf of the state of Missouri, we collect sales tax at the rate of 5.225% for all orders shipped in the state of Missouri.
  
  
• Warranties
• There is a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects from the manufacturer on blowgun pipes. All items are guaranteed to be free from any manufacturer's defects for 90 days after the purchase date. Reporting of manufacturing defects to Blowgun World must be made within 90 days of the purchase date for manufacturing defects to be covered by this warranty. All returns must be pre-approved. Do not ship anything to us without a Return Authorization number. Anything shipped to us without a Return Authorization number will be refused. Shipping charges are not covered by these warranties. Just as if you had to return an item to a store in your community for a refund or exchange, you would drive to the store and get your refund or new item. You would not receive a refund for the cost of your gasoline to get there. We do not refund shipping charges. In the event of a defective part, send an email to blowgunworld@gmail.com, describing the problem. All approved and returned items will be checked against the reported defective description. If it is found to be incorrect, the item will be shipped back to you at your expense. Thank you.
  
  
• Return Policy
• Returns of unopened, unused items are accepted for 30 days past the purchase date. After 30 days, we do not accept any opened items returned to us for any reason other than manufacturer's defect. Just as if you had to return an item to a store in your community, you would drive to the store to return your item. You would receive a refund of the item cost, not your gasoline to get there. In the same way, we do not refund shipping charges. In the event that you have a defective part, see warranties. Thank you.
